how it works
1. Contact us!
Every frame is custom and made to order. Let us know what you will be framing and we will jump on a call or meet with you to go over matting and wood options. We will obtain the print or item from you and begin work on creating a perfect blend of materials that will compliment your piece and your home.
2. We Build it.
Each order is different, however we generally set the expectation for a six week turn around. Often we are able to finish faster but custom work takes time and we want all the details to be perfect. After we obtain the piece from you, we mount and seal it in your frame. All frames are finished by hand with a vegetable based rub on hardwax that lets the beauty of the wood sing.
3. Your piece is delivered!
All frames include mounting hardware and delivery. Though you are welcome to pick it up from our shop in Kaka’ako once we let you know it is finished. We stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied. Understanding that heirloom framing is an investment, we are here to address any issues you may have. Shipping is also available.
